Hello, I don’t usually post reviews, but decided to today as I really had an awesome experience from the start at Audiologie centre ouest. I called Audiologie centre ouest for a hearing test for my 21 month old daughter (as many must know there are not many places that offer this service for this age group). It was a voicemail, but I was called the next day for an appointment a few days later. On our appointment day, I was so amazed by the service provided. We were seen by 2 audiologists: Alexa and Aparna and they were both so amazing! They were very patient and playful with my toddler. They have great children skills and were able to distract her so well, that she performed the whole test without crying once. Actually, not only did she not cry, she had so much fun! My toddler does not usually respond this well with strangers. The whole process was smooth and the audiologist took their time to explain the results and answer all my questions (and I had many). Thank you so much for your professionalism, dedication and hard work and mainly for making a test fun!!

I went here for a pediatric hearing test for my toddler and I received a very good service. The audiologists were able to build a good rapport with my son and they were efficient in their work. They also responded well to all my inquiries related to the service. I received the result within the same day.
