  I had a great experience doing my hearing test here . Andrew & Mitch were friendly, professional, and made me feel very comfortable from the moment I entered Andrew took the time to explain everything clearly. The appointment was thorough, and I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The receptionist is very welcoming & Nice as well I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent hearing care.

  Had a really good experience overall. The booking process was smooth, quick, thorough, and they accommodated my availability with no wait time. Mitchell, the RHIP, was great — very attentive, knowledgeable, and explained everything thoroughly. They also had a student in training during my appointment, so it took a little longer, which was completely understandable and expected. I appreciated that they gave me a heads-up beforehand, and I personally didn’t mind at all. That said, if you’re in a rush or need a faster appointment, you may want to request to be seen directly by the RHIP only.

  It was my first time at a hearing clinic, so I didn’t know what to expect, but as I walked through the door I was greeted by an extremely kind young man named Andrew who made me feel at ease. I even left the clinic knowing so much more about my hearing and the anatomy behind it all! Its not everyday you experience such great client service and I am glad to know people like Andrew still exist, going above and beyond even when they dont have to.
