This place is absolutely amazing very caring and attentive to your needs. I brought my mom here to have her hearing test and we decided to purchase her hearing aids at this location as we were happy with the system that was offered to her, especially at her age. We didn’t feel like we were pressured or pushed into purchasing something that was not necessary, but instead was very knowledge how important it was to to understand what hearing loss can do to a person with long-term health issues. My mother’s very happy and how she was treated with caring and understanding her needs. Everyone here from receptionist to both workers that work here are super amazing and wanting to do everything they can to help you, and willing to work with you with your needs. My mother needed it to return the next day as the device was a bit too loud and distorted for herself, and they were willing to see her, and to accommodate her device to her needs, which was very appreciative, knowing we didn’t have an appointment to be able to see us on short notice. It’s been a long time since I’ve been able to get any type of decent service lately as there seems to be no care. Thank you again for everything and keep up the good work, you all deserve 10 stars.

I called to inquire about purchasing a hearing device for my father, and the person on the phone was very friendly and helpful. They asked thoughtful, attentive questions that made it easier to identify the best fit for him. I had a great experience, and I highly recommend contacting this clinic for any hearing-related questions and services.

I requested a callback over the weekend to book an appointment, and I was pleased that the clinic called me back promptly today. Unfortunately, my experience went downhill from there. The gentleman who called me was on speakerphone, making the conversation echo and extremely difficult to hear. For a hearing clinic, this is especially concerning, as many callers are hearing impaired. I politely asked if he could take me off speakerphone because I couldn't hear him. He grunted in response and then hung up on me. He never called back. After waiting 20 minutes for a call back, I decided to call the clinic myself, and a very polite woman answered. She explained they were having issues with their phone system, but she couldn't explain why the staff member had hung up or why he never attempted to call me back; which you would expect if they were actually having telephone issues. She mentioned he was currently with another client. When I asked if he would be the person handling my appointment, she said, "Most likely." At that point, I decided to cancel my appointment. When you're considering spending between $3,000 and $7,000 on a hearing device and expect to work with the same clinic for the next several years, customer service matters just as much as the product itself. Respect, communication, and patience are essential. If a patient says they cannot hear you and asks to be taken off speakerphone, that request should be met with understanding and professionalism, not frustration. For a clinic that specializes in hearing care, I would expect staff to be especially mindful of communication challenges. I chose this clinic based on its many positive reviews, so this experience was incredibly disappointing. I hope this was an isolated incident, but unfortunately, it was enough for me to take my business elsewhere.
