I missed the old office with all services. Now it's all 'hearing/audiology' services, nothing here for Deaf people. 🙁 On other hand, I had my hearing test done here with the ASL interpreter on tablet.

The staff’s incompetence is off the charts. Having an appointment means nothing — you’ll still wait at least an extra hour. Every time you ask, they just say ‘you’re next’ over and over again. Complete disrespect for customers. We do not recommend this dump.”

Wonderful staff, always so courteous and professional. Audiologist Angela is simply the best. She is so kind, compassionate and helpful. My experience there is always positive.
