Be careful, they judge you physically and act arrogantly. Dress very smartly and don't look like you're struggling financially. Looks, appearances, and money are their only priorities; your hearing health is secondary. And as for the ad that says they're encouraging young people to become hearing aid specialists, you have to be a beautiful, blonde, slim, and well-dressed young woman. Your skills don't matter.

My appointment was at 8:00 AM. I've been trying to call to let them know I'll be late since 7:55 AM, realizing I made a mistake with the appointment time and was already on my way: the lines were blocked, with no way to contact them. I received a call from them at 8:15 AM. I explained to the woman that I was at the door, but there was no flexibility to accommodate me; only rescheduling was possible. You state that your offices open at 8:30 AM, but it's impossible to reach you. I know I made a mistake, but I find it very unacceptable to schedule appointments outside of business hours without being able to contact you.
