  As a single mom, my son spent years struggling with hearing issues. I honestly didn’t think I would ever find people who truly understood how difficult and exhausting it had become. Finding Hema and Pascal was life. changing. From the moment I walked in, they were so kind, patient and understanding. They took the time to really listen to me, explain everything clearly, and make me feel comfortable instead of rushed or judged. For the first time in years, I felt supported and hopeful. Their care and professionalism genuinely made such a huge difference in my life, and I’m so grateful I found this clinic. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate and trustworthy hearing care.

  I wanted to share my first experience with this center. About a month ago, I called and explained that I wanted to bring my father’s hearing aid in for repair and asked a few questions. I was told there was no need for an appointment. However, I recently had kidney surgery and still have a stent in place, so I couldn’t accompany my father. On top of that, my father suffered a stroke four days ago and is currently in the hospital, urgently needing his hearing aid. Today I called again and the receptionist confirmed I could come even without my father present. Despite my difficulty walking, I went there because of the urgency. When I arrived and explained the situation, the first question I was asked was: “Are you already a patient here?” When I said no, I was simply told they can’t do anything and I should go back to the place where it was purchased—unless I buy a new device with my father present. My question is: why was none of this ever asked over the phone? Why waste people’s time and make them come in under false expectations? I’m genuinely disappointed with the lack of clarity and respect for people’s time over the phone.
