Senior Care Path Summary
Connect Hearing Vancouver - Kerrisdale provides registered audiologists and hearing care professionals who offer free hearing tests for adults over 18, with no doctor referral needed. Tests are quick and help identify hearing loss, measure hearing levels, and establish a baseline for future care, making them an accessible starting point for seniors exploring hearing solutions.
If a hearing test shows hearing aids would help, the clinic's experts recommend options tailored to lifestyle and budget. They offer hearing care plans from $168 per month, a 60-day confidence guarantee, three years of free aftercare including batteries and cleanings, and accept VAC, WCB, WSIB, ADP and ODSP funding. CAA, AMA and BCAA members save up to 15 percent on hearing aids plus five years of free batteries.
The clinic stocks modern hearing technology from major brands and provides tinnitus treatment services. A price-match guarantee and online shopping for batteries and accessories support ongoing maintenance at home. The welcoming approach to free testing and clear payment options helps seniors overcome barriers to hearing care.

My interactions with three of your optometrists (Scott, Ellie, Lan) have been excellent. The process of getting my aids right has taken time, but we are there at last. Coincidentally, I compared my new Phonaks with comparable aids from my previous optometrist -- and chose the Phonaks.

Three years ago, I dealt with this company, and the women whom i dealt with was amazing, helpful, and did everything to get me the best deal. I was able to go through my blue cross coverage. Fast forward three years later, the staff at that location are rude and very unfriendly, will only communicate through email, don't do direct billing, and you feel like you are bothering them, along with empty promises. I would never recommend Connect Hearing to any of my friends or colleagues. Maybe other locations are better, but this one is terrible and lacks people skills. I went with another company, which was wonderful and very helpful, and they knew their prices. I spent 5,000$ so I could hear. Too bad for Connect Hearing, but if they had been professional, they would have got my business.

I was apprehensive at first because I have never cared for anything that went into my ears. The audiologist was MOST helpful and fitted me with the tiniest hearing aid which I am not aware of when I'm wearing it. She gave me a great deal of helpful information and has encouraged me to contact her whenever I feel the need. I am very pleased with the help I have received, the product I have received and the ongoing support I am offered. I have encouraged my husband to upgrade his hearing aid. He is surprised by how much he was missing and is very pleased with the service he has got. He thought he had no hearing in one ear but new technology has shown that he actually does have some and he is thrilled by the now bilateral aids he is wearing. We are extremely pleased with all aspects of our experience. I am now a Connect Hearing booster!!
