Creekside Hearing was recommended to me by two friends after I had attended one of their public education events. They are lovely people, compassionate, professional and very friendly. My first visit included hearing tests and comprehensive cognitive testing. This will be offered annually. I was fitted with hearing aids and given a trial period before returning for further information, etc. My main reason for getting hearing aids was that I had very annoying tinnitus and balance issues. Both issues have been helped a lot, and I'm happy. Also, to my delight, a bonus is that I can hear myself better when singing in my choirs, allowing me to make a more confident contribution! I recommend Creekside!

From the moment you walked in, you are greeted warmly and offered a coffee. The clinician Natalie was very knowledgeable. As a hearing aid wearer, the experience was wonderful.

This place is extremely misleading. Was pressured into paying a lot of money for things I do not need and the person was NOT an audiologist. On top of that, the impplication that I would get dementia if I don't get hearing aids right now? Absolute callous fear-mongering, I've felt more comfortable at a time-share presentation. I would legitimately recommend that people actively avoid this place.
