I have thoroughly enjoyed working with the Abbotsford Crystal Vision team in deciding on my new glasses. I’ve made a few visits to the store now and have decided on my new sunglasses and regular glasses. I’m grateful for the help I received from Kim, Jamie, & Mel. I would absolutely recommend Crystal Vision! My friend Aryn and I have both enjoyed our time with the team at the Abbotsford location. I’ll definitely be back again.

I went in for an eye exam and the staff were all delightful. Kimberly helped check me in and find glasses that I really like, I'm super grateful for that. Both her and Dr. Murdoch Coe we're nice and patient with me and my anxiety over the process. Couldn't recommend them enough!

I had a great experience at Crystal Vision & Better Hearing! I had an eye exam and a dry eye treatment with Melody, and she was fantastic. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. I especially appreciated how much she explained about dry eye and the treatment options—it was incredibly helpful. Jamie also helped me pick out my new glasses and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. She was patient, offered great advice, and helped me find a pair that I love. Everyone at the clinic was welcoming and professional. I highly recommend Melody, Jamie, and the entire Crystal Vision team!
