Almost a week later and still trying to figure out what I gave them $105 for. Went in for an ear cleaning due to wax build up. The tech barely tried to remove the wax stating it was too close to the eardrums. Next thing I know, I’m doing a hearing test?? A form to my family doctor stating it was not urgent and care was at my family doctors discretion. I left with all the wax build up I walked in with just 105$ poorer. 🤨 Very disappointed.
