Oh, the acts of care of Elevate hearing team! Praise and Charles (who came to the office from his Christmas brake to help in my crisis) gave me the most precious gift of their care today. I can celebrate this Christmas hearing the voices of my grandchildren.

I had a lovely experience with Praise when I visited the clinic for a general hearing assessment a few weeks ago. While I didn't have any hearing issues, I was a bit concerned that my potential excessive use of earphones may eventually lead to tinnitus, and Praise thankfully allayed my concerns (and the subsequent tests proved that all was good!). I had an equally great experience with Stacey. I must mention that I unfortunately missed my prior appointment at the clinic as I'd suddenly gotten caught up at work, and Stacey was very understanding, and rescheduled it at no charge. I look forward to visiting the clinic again in a couple of years. :)
