I really like service and hospitality from the office on John and Memorial! Everyone from the secretaries to the audiologist were very friendly, well informed and very helpful! The audiologist that helped me was really well informed and helped me learn and use my new hearing aid! I would refer this office to everyone that I know due to the experience and support that I received from this location! I look forward to doing further business with the store that I dealt with! Not only do I give a 5 star rating; I also give 100% in everything that the staff offers and does! Thank you again, Trevor Kruger

Great service and support from the very first day I entered the store. I've since replaced my aging hearing aids and the fitting was extremely thorough, well paced, and caring. Thank you to all the staff and especially Joyce.
