Local is always best, and this is especially true for Frontenac Hearing Clinic. From the moment you walk in, it's apparent the staff care about both you and your hearing. They were very thorough with the testing and did a great job walking me through what everything was and what it meant. This is also where I first got my hearing aids, and they made the transition seamless. They introduced me to the new sounds at a comfortable pace, which made all the difference. The location is also great since it's so close to the mall and other staple stores, so it's easy to plan shopping/errands before or after an appointment. In short, you should definitely give them a try, I can't recommend them enough!

From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. The team was professional but also genuinely kind, which made a big difference. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood my results and options. It didn’t feel like a sales environment at all—more like they truly wanted the best outcome for me. Great experience overall.
