My mother went into long term care recently. It was very convenient to have her tested and fitted for hearing aids at the care home. The Hear at Home staff are polite, professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. I highly recommend them.

I was very well taken care of for an earwax blockage. The welcome was excellent, very pleasant and reassuring from the moment I arrived, which immediately made me feel at ease. The receptionist was really kind and professional. Dr. Holy was lovely, very gentle and attentive throughout the whole procedure. An excellent experience overall, I highly recommend this clinic!!

My elderly sister is in a wheel chair in long term care following a stroke. It was so helpful to have Jennifer assess her hearing and fit a hearing aide in her own room. Jennifer was friendly and professional and both my sister and I were delighted with the service and the care provided.
