Hear Right Canada opened a clinic in the new medical centre in Waterdown. I thought I would check it out; I called and talked with Jessalyn. I explained that I've been wearing hearing aids for over 30+ years. I tried many brands over that time most recently Phonak Sphere which was a big improvement over the other aids. I mentioned I've done a lot of research and wanted to try the Oticon Intent aids. After talking with Jessalyn I made an appointment. I found Jessalyn very knowledgeable and she was able to explain all the benefits of the Oticon Intent aids. The new aids were calibrated to my hearing loss; I went home and I could not believe the increase in the ability to hear; first thing 1 noticed was I could hear the kettle boiling and the microwave. I could never hear the kettle or the microwave with any of my previous hearing aids. I'm so impressed, plus talking with my granddaughter for the first time I could hear every word she said; I'm so happy. Thank you Jessalyn for finally helping me hear again 1 was missing so much before the Oticon Intent hearing aids. Cliff McEwen

I was in need of getting my hearing checked and tested. Jessalyn was awesome! She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. We set up a plan to ensure that I look after my hearing for the future. I would highly recommend her, and her company to take care of your hearing needs!

Jessalyn is a very knowledgeable audiologist. She is thorough and does a lot of explaining to help my 79 year old husband understand his profound hearing loss and how to adapt to his hearing aids. Thank u, and we always look forward to seeing you u when hubby needs some more help…lol.
