My grandmother purchased hearing aids from here. They are constantly breaking! I’m her caregiver and I’ve had to bring her there for adjustments easily over 20 times and the times I haven’t been around she’s had to pay for cabs to go down into Dundas to have them looked at. Nothing but problems since the get go! They weren’t properly fitted and she’s had to deal with sores in her ear. It effects her quality of life because she cannot hear things properly - including information at medical appointments! At some point she should have gotten some money back for her troubles but they haven’t offered that to her! EDIT - they were not in fact fitted correctly - a family doctor on call for Dr Mazurek in Dundas is the one that told us that they were not properly fitted and that’s the cause of the blisters that developed in her ear. I was present during this doctors visit and it’s in her medical charts. This has all brought her a lot of discomfort and it deeply upsets me as her granddaughter and caregiver. How would you feel if this was your grandmother and how would you want it handled? Also, her hearing issues have nothing to do with the poor quality of the hearing aids (they have died multiple times!) you currently have them in your possession now for over a week to be fixed. It shouldn’t take almost 30 visits and having the hearing aids conk out multiple times and have to be sent in for things to be gotten right. This effects people’s quality of life and It would be nice to take some accountability and do something for her to make it right. But I don’t have much faith in you guys that you will do that. Thank you!

Very courteous and professional. Booked two people for ear cleaning and only charged one of us for a single ear that needed cleaning. Was quick and comfortable. The whole process was fully explained so I had no questions.

First time used. Very impressed how thorough hearing test was handled. Alex is very knowledgeable about hearing problems, professionally adjust hearing aids to comfortable settings. And, the price was very very agreeable. Highly recommended.
