Rachel, Ellen and the entire staff are always thorough and wonderful to deal with. If ever we have an issue with one or both of my mom’s hearing aids, they are always so accommodating and fix any issues we might have ( and there haven’t been many). I would 100% recommend this locally owned business.

This was the first time I had a full hearing test/done in my 38 years. The staff were such a great group and were so knowledgeable. Rachel was extremely polite, professional and a genuine good human. She did a great job of making me feel comfortable and explained everything so I could understand. I would never go anywhere else for my hearing. Highly recommended!! Thank you all so much again.
