I had an appointment with Gilbert, he was incredibly pleasant and very professional, I had an ear cleaning and it provided me instant relief from the discomfort I had been experiencing. I recommend anyone having an issue with their ears to see Gilbert!

I booked for ear wax removal and Gilbert looked at my ears first. He does agree there is wax build up but to try it out with mineral oil first and see if that helps since the ear wax removal service does have a cost. I got another hearing test completed by Gilbert that was different to the free online hearing test that was offered to me the first time around. Great service because you really get the patient first feeling and what's done in your best interest instead of just charge you even though you don't need it. Both staff members were very friendly.

The best Audiology clinic I can think of. The service is impeccable and client-centered. The practicioners have the highest level of education and designations available, and are dedicated to their patients. Heat Right is the best place for hearing tests and earwax removal I can recommend. Personally my experience with Gilbert is the best. He is knowledgeable, friendly and practical.
