I recommend the Hear Well Be Well for anyone looking for hearing aids. They are very experienced and welcoming. I enjoy my visits and they guide me as this is my first experience with hearing aids. They address any concerns and are great at returning calls My best choice.

I decided to try this new Hear Well Be Well location after seeing it advertised on social media. The office is clean, bright and welcoming, their equipment is modern, boasting the latest technology, but this location's greatest asset is its staff. The people on staff here are absolutely wonderful. Coordinator Michelle and Dr. Paula are warm and friendly. I saw Dr. Paula at a Samba Squad gig outside of work hours and she was just as friendly there, so her demeanor is not an act! Coordinator Michelle is not only extremely helpful in booking appointments and navigating paperwork, but she is also a joy to converse with and has a great sense of humour. She once asked me what I take in my coffee, and I said "nothing" (meaning "black") so she brought me an empty cup! Ho ho! Oh, the levity!! Both Michelle and Dr. Paula seem genuinely concerned with their patients' well-being. Dr. Paula will spend the appointment time making sure your hearing aid experience is tailored exactly to your specific needs. I had such a positive experience "here" (pardon the pun) that I referred both my parents and my sister to this location. Full disclosure - Hear Well Be Well does issue you gift cards if you refer patients to them, but the gift cards were not my motivation. I trust the staff at this location to treat my family as if it were their own. You can go to a big box store to buy hearing aids, but you're not going to get the same personalized experience, the same attention to detail, or the all-important follow-up appointments that check in on your well-being. I highly recommend Hear Well, Be Well's Aurora location and especially its incredible staff. Why trust anyone else with something as important as your hearing?
