Always had a good experience with the old staff for both my children’s hearing needs. After Helix became Hear Canada things changed and didn’t feel as comfortable. Then in April, while doing impressions in my 9 year old, the lady didn’t place the blocker correctly and the product went all the way to her surgically implanted ear tube ripping the tube from her ear drum forcefully. My daughter is still suffering from this and had trouble wearing her hearing aids. I understand accidents happen as I signed a waiver but no one even followed up in any way to see how she was doing. Needless to say it’s the last time we went there!!
