Amazing staff who demonstrate care and compassion! A friend’s husband was recently admitted to hospice in Dundas and his hearing aid broke within a couple of days of admission. As his usual provider was not available, his wife contacted Hear Canada in Dundas. The initial contact was made at the end of the day on a Friday and Cassidy and staff went out of their way to be of assistance even though he was not a current customer. The care, compassion and attention Cassidy provided to my friend and her husband was outstanding. Thank you very much!

The staff at Hear Canada in Dundas are incredible. I was attended to by Cassidy and she was amazing. She is professional and compassionate . she also assisted in obtaining funding which made the purchase possible and has now made an incredible impact on my life.

We were so lucky to find Cassidy, she made my Grandfather feel so comfortable getting new hearing aids and then ended up fitting my Dad for his first pair as well, and much to our surprise he loves them and they have changed his life for the better. Thank you for your patience and care Cassidy!
