Mikhila Sivaswami was able to successfully and painlessly remove the impacted earwax causing my hearing issues. She was incredibly kind and gentle. It was an overall very positive and relieving experience. I highly recommend her to anyone experiencing similar issues.

Set up an appointment for cleaning and Mikhila looked at both my son and My ears and she said they were clean and did not need any attention. She then made sure we were only charged 1 consultation fee. She was kind, gentle and honest. Great to see this kind of business in West K

A fully trained audiologist, Mikhila and her receptionist Stacey, are a thoroughly professional team but with compassion and patience that truly enhanced our experience. Mikhila went the "extra mile" to get my partner the most help in coping with her severe hearing loss. She also gave us all the accessories we were interested in to try out on a trial basis with the hearing aids (all paired so we could use them as soon as we got home). Her pricing was very competitive with no pressure to buy. Our positive experience gives us no hesitation in highly recommending this clinic.
