Great service. Very kind owners. Went in to do wax removal, the owners were honest enough to tell me that I didn't need it. Also didn't charge me to check my ears. Highly recommend this place for anyone needing any ear related check-ups

Doctor Zhang was very professional during my grandfather's hearing test today. She took the time to explain everything and was very pleasant during our visit. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. Hidden little spot in West cliff mall that can easily be accessed from the back entrance of the mall. Thanks again Dr. Zhang, 10/10 would recommend!

Doctor Zhang is precise and clear with diagnosis, stayed very professional throughout the entire testing and consulting process. Also the most affordable pricing I found compared to other audiologists.
