I arrived at my scheduled appointment for 3pm but i'm there at 2:45 pm. I check in and i'm told to sit down. I was waiting there and I wasnt given any paper work. Come 3 oclock, I ask if i'm being seen. The receptionist calls me on my cell phone while i'm sitting in the office telling me my appointment is cancelled. I'm already there! I'm waiting there and was not acknowledged. She says it's too late for me to be seen because I didn't fill in any paper work but I was literally there waiting to be seen with my scheduled appointment, then she accused me of being hostile while i'm looking around the patients surrounding me and they're all looking at her like she's the one being short with me because she screwed up and refused to check me into my scheduled appointment. Completely unprofessional. LAZY. No accountability. I took time off work to make it on time for my appointment. Seriously, what a miserable person to treat someone else like that! 0 stars if possible.

My Dad lost his hearing aid while in hospital suffering from a terminal illness. Andrea went above and beyond, providing immediate assistance in replacing. Empathy and exceptional customer service!

I like to recognize great customer service when I see it. The audiologist (Andrea) we great fitting me with the hearing aids. I had problems with my charger. The receptionist made sure the replacement was done under warranty. Most recently my right hearing aid was not working. It turns out I had not cleaned it properly. It was my issue. The receptionist was so patient. Way to go Hearing Life.
