I went in for wax removal appointment as I was not able to hear properly due to wax deposit, I told them Issue and they pulled me in for a quick check as slot was empty, I was happy that they understood that I was very uncomfortable with the current condition, I would like to thank receptionist, she appointed me very well and Melisa!! Thank you for your quick resolution to my problem, very polite, very professional and I was well taken care of, thank you again for making my day better!!!!

Very bad customer service, beware they will take your money and after that, they will kick you out. The staff needs a lot of training, The staff were not professionals, and not friendly, do not believe what they say on the policy or guarantee sign, even if you call the head office, they won't care about your problem. So don't waste your money and your time, it's a fake business. This is my experience.
