Without doctors prescription they don’t provide any service. The front desk was pretty nice and advise me to consult doctor in the first place.

I WILL BE GOING TO COSTCO: SEE BELOW WHY Both my experiences here were less than stellar. I booked two appointments and on the first I had taken a day off work to make it. While on route to my appointment I get a call telling me the person I was seeing called in sick. I was less than pleased and had to brow beat them into getting me an appointment that day at one of there other locations. I was amazed they did not Suggest this? So this in and of itself is not a huge issue as people get sick but I called 04/24 to have a follow up consultation to move forward to get a hearing aid and was given an 04/25 1330 Appt. Low and behold I arrive (after a 30 minute drive) and the office is dark and the door locked. An employee came to the door and advised she was alone and the person I was to see called in with a fever. Apparently she tried to call me. I have no missed calls on my phone. It is hard to believe with technology today that they could not reach me (text or make more than one attempt). I was advised they called my home phone, who even looks at their landline anymore? I guess customers are easy to come by!

I couldn’t say enough about how amazing this office is! The doctor I saw was so wonderful. He was able to solve my ear infection mystery in 5 mins compared to me being bounced around from doctor to doctor for a year. The staff are so wonderful to deal with and extremely kind and helpful. I had my hearing test today and everything was smooth from the moment I came in to the moment I checked out. Thank you so much to everyone for being amazing and a huge thank you to the amazing doctor that took great care of me! Jasmina
