I purchased my Oticon aids a few years ago and had excellent service since. Most recently I could not get my aids to pair with my new iPhone. Peggy gave me a quick lesson although she was very busy. One cannot ask for better customer service!

I was in Vancouver for a few days on business and realized I’d forgotten my hearing aid 🦻 charger at home in Chilliwack. The team at HearingLife Kerrisdale couldn’t have been kinder or more accommodating! They lent me a loaner charger, gave my hearing aids a mini service, replaced the Oticon cones, and even sent me off with a few extras to keep in my car as backups. A big thank-you to Francis for your thoughtfulness and excellent service. HearingLife truly has the best team of audiologists —they'll "hear👂" your concerns and you’ll be in great hands with them!

This is a place where you will get truly professional services. Audiologist Peggy clearly explained every thing in my situation and provided all the details about the future actions. In addition to the top level of professionalism Peggy has excellent human personality, she is very respectful, patient, and friendly. She made me feeling good and confident that I am in good hands. I would strongly recommend her to everyone.
