As a friend and helper to my 101 years young friend with poor hearing and arthritic hands, (about the only complaints she has at this remarkable age 😍) I am thrilled to have assistance from Sinead and Susheela at Hearing Life on Alma Street in Vancouver. They are always cheerful, understanding and so helpful. Their office is bright and clean. The best asset is that they care for my friend so well and help me understand how to assist her when she can’t get her hearing aids in correctly. It has been a pleasure to work with them and I hope they are still in service if/when I need hearing aids. Thanks, ladies!!

Sinead and Susheela have been absolutely fantastic. They helped me prepare a Disability Tax Credit Certificate to allow for a disability credit on my income tax. Additionally, Susheela provided me on loan hearing aids that are far superior to what I had. She is also submitting the necessary documents to get Veterans Affairs approval for continued use. These two individuals have been extremely helpful, looking out for my best interests at all times. My wife is also most appreciative of their efforts.

Terrible experience with the current Hearing Instrument Practitioner at HearingLife, in Jericho Plaza, 4th & Alma, Vancouver. I found Susheela Baru to be dour, terse & insulting, & she gave me the most perfunctory hearing test I've ever had. I had been attending this clinic since 2015 and the 3 previous clinicians were great. I was ready to spend $6000+ on new hearing aids, but shall not be giving this company my business any more and have found a private audiologist who is lovely. I have since learned that several others patients have also transferred away from this HearingLife branch due to similar experiences with Ms. Baru.
