My son has been working with Riem for more than 5 months now and she has been wonderful! She is not only kind and empathetic, but she is patient, supportive, and very knowledgeable. You can tell she has a passion for helping others and wants them to thrive. My son has made so many gains and continues to grow his speech with Riem help. Words can’t describe how incredibly grateful we are to have an SLP who cares so much for her clients. She offers so many suggestions and looks for different ways to help us.My Son loves coming to see her every week. Thank you Riem for everything

We’re so grateful to HearSay Speech for the support they’ve provided to our family, especially through Ms. Riem. Ms.Riem has been a blessing in my son’s speech journey. She has been incredibly helpful, and one thing that really stands out is how genuine she is. You can see and feel her passion for what she does. She genuinely cares about the children she works with, and that care comes through in every interaction. What I appreciate most is that she doesn’t just focus on sessions and goals. She is deeply invested in helping my son grow and succeed. That genuine care and dedication is something we deeply appreciate. We’ve seen such meaningful growth in him, and we’re so thankful for the role she has played in that. Thank you to everyone at HearSay Speech for the care, patience, and support you provide. We feel very fortunate to be part of such a wonderful community.

The one star is solely for our son’s initial speech pathologist, who did an excellent job building rapport and supporting his progress. Unfortunately, everything after that point was poorly managed and left us feeling like our son was treated as just a paycheck. After the first therapist left—with no proper transition—he was placed with a new clinician who had to start from scratch due to zero communication or handover. Just as our son began adjusting, we were told she was also leaving. Again, no plan, no transition, and no clarity on who would take over. To make matters worse, the supervising SLP, who was supposed to reach out to us, never did—until we followed up. When she finally got back to us, she didn’t even call but instead, emailed, and she had no context about our son’s development or the situation, simply writing: “Hello, I wondered whether you’d like to touch base with me re: sessions. Happy to do so as the supervising SLP!” We asked to speak with the owner directly, but were instead referred to the clinic’s generic email inbox. Even after we terminated services during our second mid-block due to all of this, the owner never responded. This lack of accountability, communication, and planning completely undermined the therapeutic value of the sessions. We ultimately chose to discontinue services because it became clear that what mattered most wasn’t our son’s progress—it was simply keeping the schedule filled. We’re sharing this feedback in the hope that the clinic reflects seriously on how it manages transitions, communication, and the trust that families place in them.
