Bailey gave me so much good information and a clear understanding of the causes and effects of my tinnitus. What a relief to have someone listen, test and provide solutions. I was really impressed! Thank you!

Went today for the first time to assess hearing and recent Tinnitus and to enquire about new hearing aids , I’ve had ones for a year from another company that were just not working at all . I felt immediantly at ease with Baillie who took her time to listen and understand. Did a thorough test and I left with hearing aids to try ! I’d recommend this independent clinic !

I’ve never had anything but exceptional service at Lakeside Hearing by Claire and her team. Right when I walk in the door I’ve been greeted by reception with a smile and hello, making me feel comfortable and at ease immediately. Claire herself is amazing at what she does and so smart. They have all the equipment to do a thorough job of assessing your hearing and identifying any potential concerns. Claire is very patient and very responsive to my questions and needs. I had gone to another hearing clinic many years ago in Rutland and was shocked at how rude and ignorant the team was so this review is necessary to acknowledge the top notch work this team does to take care of its clients. Thank you Claire and your team. Lake Country is in good hands.
