How ridiculous to sell hearing aids costing several thousand dollars to an 88 year old woman with partial dementia and Parkinson's. The devices are too small and delicate for her to handle, break too easily, and far too difficult to operate and maintain. Impossible for caregivers to manage either. What ever happened to offering a simpler, larger, stronger and, god forbid, less expensive option? Shame on you, Lachance & Co.

The care and attention the staff have paid to my 94 year old father since his stroke, is above and beyond. Heartfelt thanks from him and his daughter. Good to know he is in good hands .

I highly recommend the clinic’s services! The staff made me feel truly welcomed from the very first phone call, they were extremely attentive, patient, and caring. The in-person reception was amazing, and both the professional who performed my audiometric exam and the specialist who explained the hearing aid options were outstanding!! Excellent professionals and wonderful people. I was pleased with the service and support I received, feeling well-cared for, confident, and very happy. I am definitely becoming a loyal client!!
