A local non franchised, owner operator with long and deep ties to the Tri-Cites. As veteran Network Hearing handled the testing and associated paperwork for Veterans Affairs went smoothly as did the setup and training to use and adapt to life without difficulty Hearing in groups and meeting. I have no hesitation what-so-ever highly, having a chat about your hearing heath needs.

I cannot say enough good things. I had a completely blocked ear and couldn’t hear out of one ear, I explained and they squeezed me in last minute on a Saturday. Their services were great and saved me a lot of discomfort. Thank you so so much.

I was treated really well by both the front desk and Mrs Grace. Fixed my blocked ears very thoroughly. I was able to see the progression of the cleaning from beginning to end. Such professionalism for the whole team. Thank you!
