The entire team at Niagara Hearing and Health are great. Special thanks to Seneca for accommodating the many changes I needed for my sleeping ear plugs. In the end they worked out wonderfully. High recommended for those who want custom ear plugs.

I highly recommend Niagara Hearing and Health. Recently went in for new hearing aids and am very happy with their service. Seneka is the best. Very knowledgeable and the utmost professional. Helped me in choosing the correct hearing devices for me. Very honest and friendly service. I’ve had hearing aids before but were uncomfortable and bulky. I was due for a new pair so decided to give this place a try. My new ones fit great. Latest technology provide great sound, easy to use and all for a great price. Best to call ahead for appointment as they do get quite busy at times. They are very accommodating and will get you in same day or next. They go above and beyond to make you happy. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Niagara Hearing and Health. Keep up the great work.

From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, professional, and incredibly accommodating. The clinic is clean, welcoming, and clearly run by people who care about their clients’ well-being. A huge shoutout to Seneka, who was absolutely fantastic. She was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She took the time to explain everything clearly and ensured my hearing protection was a perfect fit. Her expertise and attention to detail really stood out.
