Prices in CAD per pair, illustrative as of 2026, and they usually include fitting and follow-up care. What you pay depends on the technology level, your hearing needs, and the clinic.   I took our 95 yr old Mother in for an apptmt. as one of her aids was falling out of her eardue to the little rubber attachment fit. Dr. Marcus decided to do a complete assessment of her hearing aids & found some problems that we were not aware of. He took the time during a busy day to examine & test them. He found there was repair needed for best performance. Told us they were still under warantee & there would be no charge & offered loaners for our mohter for the 1/2 week repair period. Excellent service during a busy time. I highly recommend Dr Marcus & his team.

  I had an outstanding experience at Pardon Me Hearing in Kelowna, and it truly exceeded my expectations. Dr. Markus Hilbert is incredibly knowledgeable and brings a level of professionalism and expertise that is hard to find. His office assistant Marianne is also so lovely! What stood out most to me was the time he took to educate me and ensure I fully understood my hearing health and options—there was never any pressure, just genuine care and attention. He is also extremely well-versed in Veterans Affairs Canada and RCMP paperwork and policies, which made a significant difference for me. Navigating those systems can be overwhelming, but he handled everything with confidence and ease, which took a lot of stress off my shoulders. The entire process was efficient and seamless, from booking to follow-up, and the clinic runs with a level of organization that really reflects their commitment to patient care. It’s clear this is a practice built on experience, integrity, and putting patients first—not just making a sale. I truly appreciated the personalized approach and the quality of care I received. If you’re looking for a hearing clinic that combines expertise, professionalism, and a genuinely patient-focused experience, I highly recommend Dr. Hilbert , Marianne and his team.
