Dylan is fantastic at his job and with very professional and friendly in both interactions we've had, I would recommend this place to anyone I know, looking for any type of hearing test or hearing help

I had a problem with my hearing aids purchased from another company and I went to Penticton Hearing Aid Center to see if they could help. They were amazing and had them sent away for repair and I ended up getting new aids under my warranty. They were fantastic and next time I will purchase from them. Dillan and Nancy were so helpful and kind. If you need help with hearing. Call them

I have always been impressed with my experiences and dealings with Penticton Hearing. It is a reassurance knowing Customer Service is still alive and well……and important….to Dillon and Nancy who continue their care and go above and beyond with every visit. Fantastic, no pressure or judgement.
