At Puretone Hearing, Dr. Syed is very kind & friendly. He did a through hearing test on my dad & recommended the best hearing aid for him. Navdeep, the lady at the front desk, was nice very helpful. She took her time listening to my dad’s needs & guiding my dad during the process of his hearing test. Over all, the experience was great & we strongly recommend Puretone Hearing to all who needs hearing testing & hearing aid.

Puretone has always offered myself a complete and honest service. There is no ‘upselling’. The annual testing is quick and professional. I would highly recommend Puretone to anyone concerned about their hearing evaluation and care.

So glad I found Puretone Whiterock. Great location, free, safe parking. It was time to upgrade my five year old hearing aids and I decided to try a real audiologist. Syed, his quiet, friendly attitude put me at ease with the technology at the start. He helped me to try the latest Ai powered aids. First the Oticons, similar to my old ones no real improvement, but the change in the rocker switch on the aids was the deal breaker for me. Second the Phonaks, larger but had the rocker control on the aids. No real improvement but the dealbreaker was the TV bluetooth link. All this time Syed listened to my critiques of the latest aids while coming up with the PERFECT SOLUTION. I CAN HEAR MY WIFE NOW! MUSIC SOUNDS BEAUTIFUL, THE TV BLUETOOTH IS PERFECT. The improvements I am hearing every day are noticeable and I have total control on the aids. This is magic. Thank you Syed and Navia.
