Benjamin was kind and patient, explaining everything as he went along. My ear is cleared of wax and my hearing is fully restored. He didn't try to upsell me, plus gave me advice for preventing the build-up.

Benjamin has been taking care of my mom’s hearing needs for years and I cannot find words to describe how caring and accommodating he has been. Benjamin’s service is excellent, bar none. Wish I could have given him 10 stars.
