Had a great experience with my 3 year old's test with Kim Schmidt. She did a great job and made sure my son understood the process and made him extremely comfortable. I really appreciate her effort in making us feel relaxed and how swiftly she was able to conduct the entire test without any chaos.

The staff at this clinic saved my mom's hearing - I would give them higher than 5 stars if possible. First, Kimberly squeezed my mother into an appointment for hearing test as she was nearing 10 days from have "sudden hearing loss". Then the audiologist and Kimberley worked hard to get previous hearing tests from my mom's last hearing clinic. Upon receipt of those tests, they then recommended my mom go to ER for Sudden Hearing Loss and provided us a written report. Together with this information, we ended up at an ENT Specialist in Oakville, who specifically told us "if your hearing clinic didn't provide all this information, I would have given a completely different assessment. I am really impressed by this clinic". She is now on steroid injections which are saving her ear week by week. We will not be going anywhere else for her hearing! Thank you Kimberley and team!!!!

Went for my first hearing test. I didn't know where to go so I googled places and this place had a good review. From the moment I booked right until the end of my appointment, I was very impressed and pleased with the service. The front desk lady, Kimberly was so welcoming and friendly. Carolina the audiologist was so kind, informative and her instructions were clear and easy to understand. She explained your results at the end and any recommendations she had. I will definitely recommend this hearing clinic to anyone looking for a place to book. I will definitely be returning for my next appointment.
