Do NOT go here! My husband went there for a hearing test, instead they pushed the wax in so far that he was in pain for weeks. He was told to deal with it himself! Then at the next appointment, with minor wax left after weeks of treatment at home, they shoved a tool in so far that it damaged his ear which got infected. Complete incompetence, no responsibility whatsoever, and didn't even care. They caused injury and pain and sent him home, no treatment, no apology. TERRIBLE PLACE.

I went to Sense of hearing today for hearing assessment. I was a bit nervous after experiencing sudden hearing loss in one ear. Jessica was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She explained the exam throughly. The exam was easy and painless. She told me my different options. I am so glad I found this place and especially grateful that I has Jessica to have had Jessica to walk me through the process.
