This team of health care professionals are absolutely the friendliest, most helpful, extremely thorough, compassionate, knowledgeable, and wonderful, group I had the pleasure of being treated by. I highly recommend! I experience tinnitus. Sometimes its a constant loud ring, but most often it's resembles the sound of thousands of cicadas buzzing at the end of August with the help of a microphone. I am extremely stubborn, but when i found myself asking my hubby to repeat nearly every thing our children said, I knew I had to get over my ego, and needed help. I was already at the same location, Ancaster Medical Center 1144 Wilson St W, for a different appointment, and decided it was now or never, so I went upstairs, and the audiologist could see me immediately. He was very thorough and explained how each of the tests worked to determine what was happening within the anatomy of my ears. "The more you know." Turns out I have tinnitus but that i also have moderate severe hearing loss and need hearing aides. I was fitted for them immediately and now I can hear pretty much everything.
