The Serenity team is incredible! I highly recommend them! They have great communication to confirm my appointment even when I had to rescheduled a couple times. They accommodated me to see me over my lunch break. While I was there I felt taken care of and comfortable. The team is super down to earth and took time to answer my questions. They are knowledgable and I can tell they love what they do. It was a really great experience. Highly recommend them to any one looing for hearing tests, cleaning, hearing aids...

Staff were very nice and helpful. My complaint is that they offered to complete and submit my form to claim income tax rebate going back 4 years but missed checking off the box requesting that. When I eventually discovered the error I had to have my income tax forms revised for 2017-2020 in order to receive the benefit. Had I not followed up as to why I hadn’t received a rebate I would never have received what I was entitled to. It cost me 20.00 plus tax for each resubmission plus 13.00 for registered mail. So 106.00. I asked Serenity to reimburse me for this amount since it was their mistake but they refused. I will be wearing hearing aids for the rest of my life. Wouldn’t you want to keep me as a customer for the sake of $106.00? A courtesy to a senior? Shabby treatment.
