I highly recommend going to Sound Choice! I wear hearing aids and get alot of wax build up.. I called and spoke to their Receptionist Liz who explained in detail everything that would be done.. Liz was so nice and reassuring.. day of my appointment, I was greeted with a smile from Liz... Quinn was the audiologist who cleaned my ears.. only one needed done.. she was able to do it without the syringe method.. I usually have people say that my ear drums are "clear" so I don't need to have them cleaned but Quinn listened to my concerns and symptoms.. knew exactly what I was talking about, cleared the wax painlessly and quickly! So grateful... I know have a regular place I can go when I need this service done! Thank you Liz and Quinn! Barb Ridenour

If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. This clinic and the staff are outstanding. Liz the office manager is very welcoming and helpful. Quinn is audiologist is extremely knowledgeable and caring. She will go above and beyond to help you understand and make the correct choice. I would give this clinic the highest recommendation possible.

The staff at Sound Choice are so friendly and competent. They take time to go over every hearing assessment and hearing aid devices. They offer supplies and adjustments when needed and you can drop by or call Sound Choice about any concern. I highly recommend Sound Choice in Brantford.
