Matt and his staff are a pleasure to do business with. They are very knowledgeable and thorough. Matt takes all the time you need to answer questions and make sure you understand the results of the hearing test. Any required follow-up is top notch and customer satisfaction is their top priority. I'm so glad we found them.

From the moment that you step into the clinic, you feel seen and heard. Matt is not only friendly and attentive, but extremely professional and knowledgeable. He truly listens and tries to get the best type of hearing aids that suit your needs and also your preference. He has cared for our hearing needs for 7 years now and we have no complaints. In fact, we have lived overseas for many years and one time we were really impressed when he sent new hearing aids to us when i lost one, and he was able to set up the new hearing aids online. He went the extra mile.

Matt and his team are very caring towards their patients. They go over and beyond to make the patients feel relaxed and cared for while there. My hearing aids needed some adjustment and was in sooner than I ever thought I'd be. Thanks Ear Depot for being such caring and thoughtful people!!
