With a pleasant welcome, and a very comprehensive assessment, this was a wonderful and educational experience. I learned alot about my condition, and was given tools to help me through. If any more care is needed, this will be my number one go to. Thanks to all!!

My hearing aids stopped working about 2 months ago. I went back to them, and they said my service with them had expired and it would cost $1000 just look at them. Last week I got an email notifying me that my hearing aid warranty will expire on Sept 14 2026. I called today asking for an explanation. They explained that when their service agreement expires, they do not honour the manufactures warranty! I'm not sure why any business would sell any product with a manufactures warranty they don't intend to honour? If you need hearing aids I would recommend going elsewhere.
