Highly rated! The Wavefront Centre for Communication is located in an accessible comfortable space, the reception staff were friendly and helpful, and most importantly, the audiologist provided an excellent service. Convenient parking. Central location. Coffee shops nearby!

Kaitlin Customer support, 1 star. Sent a request for professional music ear plugs in Jan 2026, didn’t hear back until Feb 6. Kaitlin requested some info and I mentioned I was traveling to Vancouver from up north 2 hr flight and could she book 2 appointments for professional ear plugs. I gave here the dates and then she completely ghosted us, I called and left 3 messages with the front desk and still no reply. Disappointed.
