I had an appointment with another hearing Dr a couple years ago and left sad and frustrated!! Today I met with Lauren Matte and had such a positive experience. My results were not the best but Lauren made me feel at home and well taken care of. She even called my benefits company and was put on hold for a long time, she printed out the results chart so I can show my husband and she was pleasant and accommodating. THANK YOU so much Lauren, see you next week

Had my ears cleaned after being impacted for over a decade. Amazing Experience to gain my hearing back after so long. Wish I would have went sooner. Staff was kind, patient and professional. 10/10

I made an appointment for my 88 year old mother. She attended on her own and text me right after to let me know how pleased she was. She felt comfortable and at ease. Most importantly, she felt listened to. This was the second appointment she attended, the first was for ear wax removal. She had tried a few places before I found this centre and none of the previous ones were able to resolve her issue. The second appointment was for a hearing aid adjustment. If you have an elderly parent or relative with hearing issues in the Windsor area, This is the Place!
