We had a very positive experience using CCR for our main floor refresh. The team is extremely professional and easy to work with. They were very in tune with any issues that arose and were very detail oriented. Communication was easy and we always felt heard. CCR has completed three projects for us and we couldn’t be happier with both the process and the results. The first project in 2015 was an open concept main floor kitchen and living space renovation, which had truly stunning results. The second project in 2020 was a complete lower level renovation. From the moment Peder met with us and we all began to imagine and plan the lower level of our dreams, we felt like CCR truly cared about us. They paid attention to not only functionality and quality, but also to small details that reflected our family’s tastes and needs. The site manager was incredibly good at keeping us informed and up to date. All trades involved were skilled, professional, and friendly. With two small children and three curious cats around during the renovation, they made sure that our family’s comfort and safety was of utmost importance. The end result significantly exceeded our expectations and in fact won the 2021 Canadian Home Builders Association Awards of Housing Excellence for best lower level remodel. The next project in 2023 was a garage renovation, where slatwall was installed throughout. They were fast, efficient, and friendly. The result is a highly functional garage that is now incredibly organized and pleasant to be in. Other than the incredible skill, reliability, and craftsmanship, I think the best thing about CCR is the pleasant, cooperative, and friendly atmosphere they create. We truly enjoyed interacting with the workers who were onsite and also the CCR admin team behind the scenes; we consider them all friends. You will not regret working with CCR for any of your renovation needs.
