Custom Contracting Group Waterloo renovated our bathroom and the results are outstanding. The workmanship is clean, precise, and clearly done by people who take pride in their craft. They kept the space tidy, communicated every step, and stayed on schedule. The finished bathroom looks modern, high‑quality, and far better than we imagined. Highly recommend them for any renovation project.

We had CCG remove laminate kitchen counters and tile blacksplash. The team did a wonderful job of removing and preparing the walls and counter for the new granite top and backsplash. We were pleased with their removal of the debris and cleanup. The team was very helpful when they brainstormed with us to resolve in adapting a window shelf. They were also flexible to step in to remove and re-hook up of under cupboard lighting. Our overall experience with CCG was excellent. They were professional and very friendly to work with. We would highly recommend them.

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Custom Contracting Group for over 12 years, and they continue to be one of the most reliable and professional contractors in the industry. Paul, Alex and Ben lead a team that is truly dedicated to quality, customer satisfaction, and attention to detail. Their commitment to fairness and doing things the right way is evident in every project they take on. Whether it’s a full renovation, kitchen or washroom remodel, or any other contracting work, they always prioritize their clients and deliver outstanding results. We trust them not only to use our flooring and tile products but also turned to them for the renovation of our own showroom in Cambridge— a testament to the level of confidence we have in their workmanship. Highly recommend Custom Contracting Group to anyone looking for a contractor that values quality, professionalism, and customer-first service!
