  Golden Bee Homes recently completed a renovation in my condo, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. Their team was professional, organized, and incredibly respectful of my home and the condo building’s rules — something that made the whole process smooth and stress‑free. The craftsmanship is outstanding. Every detail was handled with care, and the final result exceeded my expectations. Communication was clear and consistent throughout the project, and any questions I had were answered promptly and thoroughly. They stayed on schedule, kept the space clean, and delivered exactly what they promised. A special thank‑you to Jack, the owner, whose leadership and commitment to quality truly set the tone for the entire project. I also want to recognize Apo, the project manager, for keeping everything running seamlessly. Pars, the especially caring and attentive onsite project manager/site supervisor, ensured every detail was executed perfectly. The design team — Maria and Antonella — brought creativity, insight, and beautiful ideas to the project, and Ada in accounting was always organized, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. I’m so impressed with the quality of their work and the level of service they provided that I’ll be working with Golden Bee Homes again to redo my kitchen next. It’s rare to find a renovation company that combines skill, reliability, and genuine customer care the way they do. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top‑tier renovation work.

  We hired Golden Bee Homes three years ago to renovate two bathrooms. We recently experienced a couple of issues that we were concerned about and contacted them. Even though our warranty had already expired, when we called them, they showed up promptly and provided excellent service. The team is professional, easy to work with, and most importantly, they made us feel supported throughout the process. If you’re thinking of renovating, I highly recommend Golden Bee Homes.

  We hired Golden Bee to do extensive interior renovations on our 35-year-old home. We have known the owner Jack for over 19 years. I have had previous work done by his company; and hence didn't even think to go anywhere else! The major work this time, entailed a fully renovated kitchen plus 2 bathrooms and painting the entire house basement to second floor. The house looks gorgeous and modern with the kitchen and bathrooms beautifully designed and finished. Everyday Pars, the onsite supervisor and his team, also helped with various other small jobs which we are so appreciative for the support. Pars was great and went out of his way in every manner to make sure that he met our expectations, which are high! Maria the designer was a delight to work with. Very talented and design savvy; we have similar tastes, so it made it even more enjoyable to work with her. The painting team they appointed (Servicebuilt) were fabulous and worked around all the challenges of painting every room in the house and accommodating some last-minute color choice changes. The entire crew was hardworking and professional. From the initial meeting with Jack and his team to job completion they largely inspired confidence. Maria and Pars were always reachable and replied to our concerns or enquiries promptly. We elected to remain in our home (with 2 dogs) during the 14 weeks renovation. Golden Bee made every effort to "work around" this minimizing dust and debris but hard to avoid completely. Very appreciative of the detailed and thorough cleaning service they provided at the conclusion of the project. Although not easy living in the home during renovations, we would not have done it any other way, as preferred the opportunity to assess progress and identify any issues we saw on a daily basis. Golden Bee proved to be very flexible and accommodating as there were several significant changes as the work progressed outside of the original contract. Golden Bee/Pars worked closely and collaboratively with outside sources we had engaged (kitchen appliances/cabinets). Great job coordinating with them on my behalf to ensure everything was installed perfectly and within our timelines. We have heard of numerous ordeals experienced by homeowners dealing with contractors. This was never the case in dealing with Golden Bee. We would definitely work with Pars, Maria, Jack and Apo and their highly professional crew again. We highly recommend Golden Bee if you want a superior result with people you can trust and who are a pleasure to work with.
