The seamless porcelain tile installed throughout the entire unit not only looks beautiful but also makes the space feel cohesive and high-end. One of my favorite upgrades is the newly created space for our washer and dryer — such a smart and functional addition, that added real convenience. They also sealed the kitchen bar to create a more defined separation between the kitchen and living area, which improved both flow and functionality. The fresh white paint brightened everything instantly, and the addition of track lighting in the living room gave the space a clean, contemporary feel while adding warmth and ambiance.
